Before treatment
- Allow the Hair to grow at least 2 mm in length. Longer hair is easier for the wax to adhere to.
- Exfoliate the area to be waxed several days before to remove dead skin cells.
- Ensure area to be waxed is clean dry; completely free from any products such as moisturiser.
- A woman's pain threshold is at its lowest before and during her menstrual cycle. You might find it beneficial to take a mild pain relief prior to your treatment.
Treatment
Waxing is a semi permanent and highly effective method of hair removal from the roots.
This treatment lasts approximately 4-6 weeks depending on individual hair growth.

After Care Advice
The following precautions should be taken for at least 24 hours after treatment.
- Avoid touching the area with your fingers, and keep the skin clean.
- Ensure water temperature is lukewarm when bathing or having a shower.
- Use a soothing after-wax lotion regularly, which will help to reduce any redness or irritation.
- Do not use antiperspirants, deodorants, perfumes, make-up after treatment.
- Avoid sunbathing or using sun beds.
